    A.1. INTRODUCCIN

    Cessna Aircraft Company ha publicado la Revisin Temporal D138-1-13 TR7 en el cual adicionala SECCION 2A. INSPECTION TIME LIMITS- STRUCTURE, e incorpora la siguienteinformacin:

    1. Supplemental Inspection Documents (SIDs) Information.2. Corrosion Prevention and Control Program (CPCP) Information.3. Control Cable Inspection Information.

    A.2. POLITICA

    TRAVEL AIR E.I.R.L., tiene como poltica la mejora continua de su programa de mantenimiento,en tal sentido incorpora la edicin completa de la informacin de la SECCION 2A de la revisintemporal D2060-1TR7.

    A.3. OBJETIVO.

    B.0. PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA LAS REVISONES DEL MANUAL

    B.1. CARATULA DEL PROGRAMA

    Es la primera pgina de este Programa con el propsito de facilitar su identificacin.

    B.2. CARATULA DE ASIGNACION DEL PROGRAMA

    Es la Segunda Pagina de este Programa donde se registra el Numero del Manual asignado, el

    Nmero de Revisin actual y el nombre del departamento, entidad o a quien es asignado elpresente el manual.

    B.5. REGISTRO DE ACTUALIZACIONES

    El Departamento de Control de Mantenimiento, mantendr un registro de las enmiendas yrevisiones que contenga cada nmero de manual y a que persona o departamento hubiera sidoasignado que incluir tambin la fecha de insercin y fecha de vigente de las revisiones.

    B.6. REVISIONES TEMPORALES

    Debido a que este manual ser peridicamente adecuado, modificado, revisado y corregido, seinsertaran revisiones temporales en hoja A4 color amarillo con el ttulo REVISION TEMPORAL 01,02, 03 etc. El cual tendr una duracin de 3 meses desde su publicacin, hasta que se remita a laDGAC la revisin correspondiente para su aprobacin.

    Las Revisiones temporales deben ser firmadas y aprobadas por el Director de Mantenimiento.

    C.0. INTRODUCCION.

    LIMITES DE TIEMPO DE INSPECCION - ESTRUCTURALC.1. ALCANCE

    A. Este manual proporciona tiempo y plazos obligatorios de inspeccin para los componentes yestructura de una aeronave. Esta seccin tambin ofrece los datos necesarios para monitorearusando inspecciones programadas.Esta seccin aplica a los tems que podran sufrir fatiga tales como los componentes yestructuras los cuales son parte de los procedimientos de certificacin. Consulte el prrafosiguiente para obtener informacin detallada sobre cada una de estas secciones.

    NOTA: Los plazos y los chequeos de mantenimiento que figuran en esta seccin son requisitosmnimos para los aviones explotados en condiciones normales. Para aviones que vuelen en zonasdonde las condiciones sean adversas para el funcionamiento, tales como ambientes de altasalinidad costeras, las zonas de alta temperatura y humedad, zonas en las que los contaminantesdel aire industriales o de otro tipo condiciones presentes, frio extremo, etc, los plazos deben semodificarn en consecuencia.

    NOTA: Las guas de inspeccin que figuran en esta seccin no pretenden cubrir a todas, porqueno hay tales cartas que podan reemplazar el buen juicio, criterio y experiencia del mecnico conlicencia en estructuras y motor en el desempeo de sus funciones. Es el principal responsable dela aeronavegabilidad del avin, el propietario u operador debe seleccionar slo personal cualificadopara mantener el avin.

    B. Despus de que el uso operativo y el entorno operativo ha sido determinado, realice una entradaen libreta de avin en el que se indica la programacin de inspecciones (TIPICO O SEVERO o eluso de operaciones LEVE / MODERADA o SEVERO) se estn utilizando.

    NOTA. Travel Air ha identificado para esta aeronave la Inspeccin SEVERA, descrita en elParrafo . 2. (A) (1) (a) 1 o 2 (A) (1) (a) 2.

    C.3. DESCRIPCION

    NOTE:A continuacin se ofrece una descripcin detallada y el propsito de las siguientes secciones.

    A. LaSeccion C 2A-10-00. Time Limits/Maintenance Checks - General. Esta seccin proveeuna descripcin y propsito de los intervalos de tiempo.

    B. La Section D 2A-10-01, Inspection Time Limits.

    (1) En esta seccin se muestra, en formato grfico, con todos los requisitos de inspeccin que debenrealizarse. Cada pgina contiene las siguientes cinco columnas:

    (a) Estado de la revisin proporciona la fecha en que un determinado item fue agregado,eliminado o revisado. Una entrada en blanco en esta columna indica que no hay cambiosdesde la reedicin de este manual.

    (b) Proporciona una breve descripcin de los requisitos de inspeccin de un item demantenimiento.

    (c) Indica la frecuencia de un tem y el Intervalo de inspecciones.

    C. En la seccin 2A-20-01, Mantenimiento Ampliado. En esta seccin se ofrece informacinadicional sobre algunos procedimientos de mantenimiento / inspeccin. En l se describe dondelos componentes / items estn localizados, para ser inspeccionados, cmo inspeccionar, etcrequisitos detallados, tales como chequeos funcionales, los chequeos operacionales, etc, seenumeran en la seccin correspondiente del Manual de Servicio Modelo 100 Series. Consulte laseccin correspondiente para obtener informacin detallada completa.

    D. Seccin 2A-30-00, de Prevencin y Control de la corrosin (CPCP). Esta seccin ofrece lasdirectrices y las aplicaciones de la CPCP. Este es un programa usado para controlar la corrosin

    en la estructura primaria del avin. El objetivo de la CPCP es ayudar a prevenir o controlar lacorrosin de modo que no cause un riesgo para el mantenimiento de la aeronavegabilidad delavin.

    C.4. LIMITES DE TIEMPO DE INSPECCION

    A. Una inspeccin completa del avin incluye todos los tems de inspeccin requeridos 14 CFR Part43, apndice D y detalles de inspeccin ANUAL/ 100 Horas.Refierase a Seccion 2 del Manualde Servicio del Series 100.

    B. intervalos que se indican, recomiendan intervalos en los que los tems van a ser inspeccionados.

    (1) Para los operadores de la Parte 14 CFR Part 91, los intervalos de inspeccin no debern serdesviados de los lmites de tiempo descritos en este manual a excepcin como se prevdebajo (Refer to 14 CFR 91.409)

    (a) La aeronave puede excederse del punto programado para su inspeccin solamente en10 horas, si el avin esta en ruta para completar su inspeccin.

    (b) En el caso de cumplimiento tardo de cualquier operacin programada, la operacin
