    6.0 Work Instruction of Fabrication Elbows and Tees:

    6.1 Method of Fabrication the (Elbow (90))

    Steps:-

    1. Cut the pipe (HDPE) at in the cutting machine as shown below into two parts (A) &

    (B).

    2. Again cut the pipe part (B) at 45as shown in fig. and remove the part (D).

    3. Arrange the two parts of the 45angle cut pipes to form as 90as shown below.

    4. Part the two part (A) & (B) in the welding machine to form 90and time the edges to

    make good welding.

    5. 90bend or Elbow is ready after welding process completed.

    6.2 Method of Fabrication the "TEESteps:-

    1. Follow the steps (1), (2) & (3) of Elbow fabricating process to obtain 90Elbow as

    shown in fig.

    2. After completer the Elbow, cut the 90concern of the Elbow at 45angle as shown in

    fig. Remove the part .

    3. Cut the other pipes part (e) at 45as shown in fig.

    4. Arrange the already fabricated Elbow with this pipe par (E) cutted 45angle to form

    as 'TEE' as shown in fig.

    5. Part these parts (A-B) & (E) in the welding machine to form 'TEE' and trim the edges

    to mate good welding.

    6. 'TEE' is ready after welding process completed.

    7.0 Hydro test pressure for the end products

    - According to test method ISO 1167Section 6 of the Data File

    - Burst pressure requirements according to ASTM D 32613 table 7 - Section 2 of the

    Data File

    8.0 Issuing test pressure certificate

    - The Test will be done in the premises of Muna Noor Factory who shall issue the test

    certificate.

    9.0 Safety criteria

    - See section # 16, 17 of Ritmo Manual technical data bookSee Section 4 of the
