International OrdersAll international orders must be phoned in or done via email. With the exception of Canada all order must be paid via wire

transfer. A $50.00 wire transfer fee will be added to each order. If you do not wish to use UPS Worldship we will be glad to ship your items to a freight forwarder of your choice located here in the U.S. We can ship either UPS or LTL to your freight forwarder.

7 - Returns: Authorization for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise in it's original packaging and condition, with a return authorization number. Our Carnival Gamesand Signs are not returnable. All games must be inspected immediately. There are no returns are electrical pumps or devices. Anydamage to games must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving shipment. There are no returns on closeout items. Please note:

Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to return freight charges. On returns, a restocking fee of 25% will also be assessed. Absolutely no returns after 30 days of receipt of your order. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on

the delivery log, please inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log and immediately contact Carnival Depot. Failure to do this may result in a loss of

claim with the delivery company.
