ACCE - Trim Purpose

Flannery is proud to offer several types of Aluminum Trims specifically designed for the installation of suspended ceilings, whether they utilize acoustical tiles or gypsum board. Each trim comes with attachment clips for the ceiling grid and trim splices to join one piece to another. Flannery also offers factory fabricated corners and radius for many of our Suspended Ceiling Cloud Trims.

Flannery’s Acoustical Ceiling Cloud Edge (ACCE) Trim is an extruded aluminum trim that attaches to the suspended ceiling track to create a solid edge for an acoustical ceiling. The Cloud Edge trim comes in a variety of sizes to allow for multiple design effects. Once installed, the trim allows the acoustical ceiling to take on a “cloud-effect.” The Acoustical Ceiling Cloud Edge Trim also comes with attachment clips and splices to ease its integration into the suspended ceiling.

Trim PurposeFlannery’s Acoustical Ceiling Knife Edge Trim (ACKE) is an extruded aluminum trim that attaches to suspended ceiling track to create a sharp, sloped edge for an acoustical ceiling. The Knife Edge has a unique design that allows it to terminate a suspended acoustical ceiling without having to use the typical flat or square trim. The Acoustical Ceiling Knife Edge Trim also comes with attachment clips and splices to ease its integration into the suspended ceiling.

Flannery’s Drywall trims create an aesthetic division between drywall panels on vertical walls and ceilings. Drywall trims can be used to create horizontal or vertical lines and can intersect cleanly where desired, including divisions between drywalland dissimilar materials such as doors, window frames, ceilings and floors. Flannery’s Plaster trims create an aesthetic reveal inany stucco wall system by breaking up plaster or stucco walls and creating horizontal and vertical reveal lines. They can also be used where a stucco wall terminatesat an opposing wall or dissimilar material. Flannery’s Plaster trims come in a number of depths for different stucco thicknesses as well as a number of reveal widths for just the right design look. While fiber cement panels have become the norm in outdoor applications throughout the Northwest, the trend to use them in both commercial and residential construction has continued to move into several other climate zones.
