General Description:Urban/rural fringe development on slopes bordering extensive forested areas and relatively isolated rural residential neighbourhoods adjacent to undeveloped forest lands.Interface Issues:Access limitations, e.g. one way or steep.Limited community water service.Long narrow driveways. Fire protection coverage may be deficient.Moderate to steep slopes.
