Systemic thought and vision

A systemic vision of participation processes invites us to take into account and understand the whole and parts of public policies and State responsibilities, in order to allow good assessments, more qualified interferences, diminution of superposition and organized register of citizen’s manifestations.

Systemic vision and thought mean the ability to identify the links between different facts, assuming interdisciplinarity and complementarity, thus finding more appropriate solutions for citizenship needs.
