How voting worksHow voting works
Quorum required for vote to count (80 residences) Majority of quorum wins the vote (i.e. 41 votes out of
80) Votes may either be sent to Condominium Management
by mail or made here tonight. Votes mailed to Condominium Management must be
mailed by Friday. Votes will be tallied next week and announced to Maple
Hills. Should either vote pass, assessment would be sent with
regular Condominium Management dues bill in January. One ballot per residence Two measures per ballot….
