can leave your car and return from your cruise safe in the knowledge that

your car is just as you want it.

How to pay for additional services?Payment for our Surestart and Valeting services will be taken at the

time of booking. Any additional services that you would like to purchase,

e.g Refueling, windscreen and tyre repair/replacement will be payable

at the time of collection and will include a minimal handling and

administration fee.

Tyre & Exhaust replacementWe will take the vehicle to a reputable garage, replace your tyres/exhaust,

please specify the make and type you require. If you have a locking type

wheel nut please bring this with you.

Cost per vehicle; material charged at cost.

Plus handling and administration fee of £16.50

Windscreen replacement & repairsWe will ensure that your screen repair or replacement is undertaken

by companies who work direct with most major Insurance companies.

Repairs and replacements can be undertaken as a claim against your

insurance or paid direct.

Cost per vehicle; repair/replacement charge at cost or the policy

excess charged by your insurance company.

Plus handling and administration fee of £16.50

RefuellingWe will refuel your vehicle to the amount you

specify or fill up your tank. Please specify the

type of fuel your car uses.

Cost per vehicle; fuel charged at cost.

Plus handling and administration fee of £8.00

What to do on the day of departureDrive directly to the departure terminal, as advised by your

cruise operator.

Your key tag will be provided at the terminal on arrival (please leave

car keys only, and remove all other keys/fobs).

Display your window label clearly on your dashboard

If you have a disabled badge, please inform the receptionist at the

terminal, on arrival.

At the vehicle check in you will be issued with a receipt, please

keep this secure as it will be needed to reclaim your vehicle on

your return.

Unload your luggage and remove all valuables from your vehicle.

What to do on the day of your returnTake your vehicle receipt to the collection point where your key

will be returned and you will be directed to your vehicle.

Inspect your vehicle and report any concerns prior to leaving

the compound.

Please note that although we will aim to facilitate your departure to be as

smooth and quick as possible, due to the large volume of cars there may

be some queuing.
