About the Suggested Plant

The unit will stock and square the irregular shaped blocked from mine (On Rent and Per Ton Cutting Basis). This will add value to the block and the local processors will procure the block with minimum wastage. The irregular shaped block means that the processor has to pay for about 40-50% waste material and then for the disposal of solid waste. The squared block they will be paying for the product they purchase rather than wasting money on wastage. The wastage from the sides cutting (Talya) will be utilized into Tiles production of sizes 6’x12” and 12”x12”. About 120 Sq Ft can be obtained from 01 Ton of this. The product will be sold to factories and retail shops as per the requirement.
