Each morning at 8:30 am the ORCS staff gathers for prayer together. We share thanksgivings and praises as well as needs and concerns. We always feel blessed by this shared time. If you have a special prayer request please contact the Director or Teacher.

There is also a Prayer Request Book located next to the Sanctuary. You are able to write down your Prayer Requests that will be brought to the Lord during Sunday Worship Service and during the week.

Saint Patrick and the ShamrockWhen Saint Patrick was preaching about the Holy Trinity, the people could not understand that there was one God in three Divine Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Patrick looked down, and growing at his feet was a shamrock. He picked it and held it up, showing that there was one stem, but three leaves. The people understood the Holy trinity at once.

Student-Led Conferences

The Preschool, Pre-K and Kindergarten classes will be participating in student-led conferences during the week of March 19th – 23rd . There will not be regular class on conference days. Please check with your child’s teacher to see the specific time and day for conferences. During this special time your child will lead you around various centers in the room (i.e. dramatic play, art area, construction /blocks, etc.). In addition, parents, children and the teacher will meet during this time to discuss the learning and fun that takes place at school.
