The Integrator Replacement is built into a larger web based solution housing full Shop Requisition functionali- ty within a new clean and in- tuitive GUI interface. Users have the capability to per- form all essential parts order- ing tasks through the applica- tion, and with full DBS/DBSi integration, orders are placed in real-time directly within the dealer business system. Ryan Rusk

joined FDC

Solutions in

February

2015. He has

worked with

Caterpillar

dealers doing

technical AS/400 and DBS support

and software installations for over

a decade. Ryan has traveled

throughout the world supporting

the dealers, and was stationed in

Europe for three years while es-

tablishing and supporting the

Gosselies solution center for Cat-

erpillar.

In his role at FDC Solutions, Ryan

will be providing I Series, DBS

technical support, and assisting

dealers with batch functionality.

With his wife Joy, Ryan enjoys

traveling, camping, and taking their

dogs out and about.

Stafford Hall

joined FDC Solu-

tions in February

2015 after a 26

year career at

CAT. During his

tenure, 11+

years were spent

working with the CAT Dealer commu-

nity. He spent six years in the Dealer

Channel Systems department and

was responsible for supporting, train-

ing, designing, and implementing the

DBS Finance module (Coda/IAS) at

CAT dealerships worldwide. A Six

Sigma Certified Black Belt, Stafford

spent five years living abroad in Ge-

neva, Switzerland where he support-

ed dealers in the EAME region work-

ing on various finance projects such

as the conversion to the Euro curren-

cy, DBS/IAS system mergers, and

deploying DBSi’s SAP Finance and

Business Warehouse.

Away from the office, Stafford enjoys

spending time with his wife and kids,
