Both would be welcome as we once again prepare, at press time, for yet another wintry mix — just enough to cause trouble, but not enough to make for a winter wonderland. Our cover shot of the United States Capitol, with green grass on the Mall and puffy clouds overhead, makes springtime a fantasy if not a reality.

There have been, according to our Behavioral Health Branch staff, incidents of recruiters targeting children of military families in our area.
