1. Keep an eye on your volume. Stay on top of

your Sales Volume (SV) and Personally Sponsored

Level 1 Volume (PSL1V) with the Pulse

to appear. Click here to access the Pulse User

2. Track your March progress. Check how you're

performing in the Lead The Way program by

clicking here for step-by-step instructions.

3. Reach out to your failed auto-ship orders. Run

a report in Pulse to find out which PCs or

Consultants had failed auto-ship orders in March

and contact them with personalized assistance. To

run your report:

o Visit the "Performance" tab in Pulse

o Select the "Auto-Ship" report from the list

on the left

o Select the "CRP" or "PC Perks" tab

o Select "View More Filter Options"

o Select "Failed"

o Select "Run Report"

4. Manage your business online. Did you know

that the top five queries coming in to Sales

Support can be answered online? Click here to skip

the hold queue.

5. Make one last shareable push. Start the

conversation today; you never know what could

Recently, a few R+F Consultants have witnessed a scam

associated with the phone number 800-PERKSRF. This

scam may be intentionally targeting people who would

otherwise call our phone number at 877-PERKSRF.

The Consultants who reported this issue indicate that

upon calling 800-PERKSRF, they were informed that they

had won a promotion and would be sent one or more gift

cards. The representative on the phone then asked for

credit card information to charge a $1.00 fee in order to

issue the gift card(s).

To protect yourself and your R+F business, we advise

you to never provide your credit card information to

anyone who claims there is a fee for winning a

promotion. This is a classic scam tactic to obtain

confidential credit card information.
