1 chaperone to 2 studentsFemale chaperones will have female studentsMale chaperones will have male studentsIn extenuating circumstances students will be allowed to stay with a chaperone of the opposite gender. Both parents will be required to sign a letter, notarized by Mrs. M. Whaley stating their intent and giving permission for the overnight arrangements.
