As our marcoms infographic highlights, the first three quarters of 2014 have seen the marcoms M&A market continue to show impressive growth with 730 deals to date. The period July-September saw something of a resurgence after a quieter Q2 (266 deals compared to 198), mainly due to a number of transactions taking place in July after a slow two previous months, including the announcement of the majority acquisition of The Engine Group.
