Rise to Wealth and Power
• After Sulla’s conquest and capture of Rome, Crassus is given several opportunities to make a fortune.
• Selling stolen properties and renovating them created Crassus’s immense fortune.
• Stolen slaves were to be sold at a high price, allowing a constant flow of profit.
