OWNERS

INSIGHT

"When we first walked into Marden Ash we fell in love with its

character and charm and this has never waned. It has been a

wonderful home, providing us with the space and flexibility

needed for our growing family. The flat has provided us with

extra income from letting to a lovely tenant, but he plans to

move on shortly and new owners can utilise the space for

continued rental, space for a relative who wants independence,

or potentially incorporating back into the main house.

It was a very difficult decision to leave Marden Ash, but we are

grasping an opportunity to live as an extended family and not

needing to link in a purchase."
