Marguerita Cheng Marguerita M. Cheng is the Chief Executive Officer at Blue Ocean Global Wealth. Marguerita is a past spokesperson for the AARP Financial Freedom Campaign and a regular columnist for Investopedia & Kiplinger. She is a member of CNBC Digital Financial Advisor Council. She is a CFP® professional, a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, a Retirement Income Certified Professional® and a Certified Divorce Financial AnalystTM. As a Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board) Ambassador, Marguerita helps educate the public, policy makers, and media about the benefits of competent, ethical financial planning. Jodi Lyons
Jodi Lyons is an eldercare expert who helps older adults and those with special needs find the
care they need throughout the country. An ardent patient advocate, Ms. Lyons helps people
navigate the complicated and often convoluted system, identify what they need, and learn how to
create an action plan. She is a graduate of Brandeis University and a former president of the
university’s Washington, DC, alumni association. She was on the executive committee of the
Alzheimer’s Association, National Capital Area and was an Alzheimer’s Association
ambassador to Capitol Hill. Ms. Lyons is a writer for and industry advisor to Telemedicine
magazine. She also wrote the award-winning book The Smart Person’s Guide to Eldercare to
empower and educate consumers, make sense of a complex system, and highlight some of the
humor that can be found even in the most challenging times as we grow older.
William Mansbach
Dr. William Mansbach is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mansbach Health Tools,
LLC which supports the BCAT® Research Center. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and
President of CounterPoint Health Services, a multi-disciplinary behavioral healthcare company
specializing in geriatrics and dementia care. For many years, he was the Chief Operating Officer
of the largest geriatric behavioral healthcare company in the U.S. specializing in long-term
care. Prior to this, he was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Comprehensive Geriatric
Services, a Maryland-based company providing mental health services to residents in long-term
care settings. Dr. Mansbach has an international reputation as a researcher, clinician, and
consultant in the aging field. He was a pioneer in the development of memory clinics and is the
creator of the BCAT® and ENRICH® Systems, which integrate cognitive tests, interventions,
and dementia prevention programs. He is the co-author of the award-winning book, Brain Health
as You Age: A Practical Guide to Maintenance and Prevention. Dr. Mansbach’s most recent

Bill Winterberg
Bill Winterberg, CFP® is the founder of FPPad, a technology publication and business
consulting firm to financial services organizations.
Thousands of financial professionals subscribe to the FPPad email newsletter and YouTube
channel, covering technology news and trends across the industry. Previously, Bill has provided
technology commentary for the Journal of Financial Planning and was the monthly technology
columnist for Morningstar Advisor magazine.
InvestmentNews recognized Bill as a 40 Under 40 Honoree for his influence in the industry, and
he was named to the 2013 IA 25 list of the most influential people in the profession. Prior to
entering financial services, Bill was a software engineer for Hewlett Packard and LeapFrog
Toys.

Jennifer Porter
Jennifer Porter is a Senior Adviser to the Director of the Division of Investment Management.
Jennifer has focused on policy and regulatory issues related to investment advisers and
investment companies throughout her career. Most recently, she served as a Branch Chief in the
Investment Adviser Regulation Office. She also advised SEC Chair Mary Jo White on
investment management issues and has experience in the Disclosure Review and Accounting
Office and the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs. Before joining the SEC,
Jennifer was a senior associate in the Investment Management Practice Group at WilmerHale.
She is a graduate of Middlebury College and the University of Maryland School of Law.
Geeta Dhingra Geeta Dhingra is a Special Counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel, Division of Trading and
Markets, where she focuses on broker-dealer registration status issues. Prior to joining the SEC,
Ms. Dhingra was an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Bank of America in New
York, and before that she was an associate at Sidley Austin in New York in the Capital Markets
group. Ms. Dhingra obtained her law degree from American University, Washington College of
Law and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
Janki Patel
In her consultancy role with The Ensemble Practice LLC, Janki Patel works with leaders in the
financial advisory industry on strategic planning, career pathing and compensation strategies.
She also serves as a faculty member and speaker for the G2 Leadership Institute, a two-year
training and development program for budding leaders in the industry.
Janki co-authored Financial Planning Career Paths: Building More Sustainable and Successful
Businesses, a comprehensive workforce development guide from the CFP Board Center for
Financial Planning.
Before joining Ensemble, Janki worked in management consulting at Accenture and recruitment
at Facebook. She studied Economics and Spanish at the Pennsylvania State University.
When not at the office, Janki loves exploring the Pacific Northwest one hike at a time, reading,
traveling, photography and yoga.
