Trade customers workshops can now join a responsible battery collection and recovery program with the following benefits:

• Compliance to government regulation and duty of care

• Provision of RCR - Responsible Care Receptacle (Conditions apply)

With Expanded Grid Technology (EXG), exceptional marine cranking (MCA) and energy/capacity (RC and AH), the SeaMaster gives boating enthusiasts the power needed to meet the demands of their marine application and optimal vibration resistance to meet the challenges of rough seas.

What is so special about EXG? The benefits are many. The construction of the calcium plates in super compressed rolled strips creates a dense grid pattern allowing for a more compact unit. It is less susceptible to heat corrosion and delivers more efficient cranking power. Also, as the EXG plates are shorter and have minimal gassing, there is less water loss and no acid top up is required.

Compared to ordinary gravity-cast grids, EXG calcium grids have a more compact grain structure and are inherently stronger. This makes them less prone to heat and corrosion and ensures a more efficient current conductivity and cranking power, as substantiated by the battery’s superior specification ratings.
