Construction Details:
Single chine solid fibreglass hull in good condition.
Bulkheads glassed to hull, good condition.
Stringers – nil.
Stem and stern posts : Fibreglass - good condition.
Deck construction : 3/8” solid fibreglass, good condition.
Deck beams : nil.
Hull to deck fastenings : fibre glass and s/steel bolts appear in
good condition.

Underwater Hull:
2 x 1 ¼” S/steel shafts in good condition. Port-side shaft needs
new stern bearing.
2 x 18” 3-bladed bronze props. good condition.

S/steel rudders, free hung, good condition.
Bronze stern glands, good condition.

7 x skin fittings for engines, toilet, transducer, sink outlets, toilet
etc., good condition.
Anodes – new this slipping.
New anti-foul this slipping.
The hull is in good overall condition, no osmosis.
Above Water hull/topsides:
In good condition – Gel-coat white.
Deck & Housing:
Stainless steel bow rail to mid-ships with 2 rows of s/steel safety
lines, good condition.
S/steel stanchions, well secured, good condition.
Fibreglass duck-board, good condition.

Hatches : 3 x alloy/perspex fore-deck. 2 x f/glass in cockpit/aft
deck, all in good condition.
All deck fittings well secured and in good condition.
Non-skid decks.

2 x Cummins 210hp, fresh water cooled, diesel engines.

Navigation lights in working order.
Flares: expiry 2021.
1 x 1kg. & 1 x 1 ½ kg Family First dry powder fire extinguishers in
the green.

Summary :
The flybridge motor vessel “Ritirata” is in good overall condition.
The vessel was professionally built and fitted out by Riviera on the Gold
Coast.
The underwater hull has been sanded back and re-coated.
“Ritirata” is well presented and well maintained by her owner.

equipment. I have not inspected other parts of the structure which are
covered, unexposed or inaccessible and I am therefore unable to report
that any such part of the structure is free from defects. Examples of such
areas are behind moulded liners, panelling, under engines, or any
permanently built-in items. Machinery, electrical, ancillary equipment
and safety gear has been inspected as seen in position without
dismantling or test. Whilst due care is taken in the compilation of this
report it is not possible for a Surveyor to guarantee that the vessel is free
of defects.

I am neither a diesel mechanic, rigger nor electrician, and if required,
these tradespeople should be contacted for further report.
This report covers the state of the vessel at the time of inspection.
All care is taken during inspection and this report is given in good faith.
No guarantee can be given for any problems that could arise in the future.
