1) No administrative fees will be taken out of Nomination fees or added Monies. 2) All Trainers, Owners & Horses must be in good Standing with the AQHA ,APHA OR ApHC depending upon

breed 3) All Horses must be parentage verified & Tattooed. 4) Any Payment may be doubled up until the time of entry of the trials. 5) The top 10 horses shall be selected on a time basis. If less than 10 horses enter trials, only a final will be run.

Should a horse be disqualified in the trials, they shall be given the time of the horse they are placed behind plus .01 second. Stewards Decision will be final.

6) Purse Distribution AQHA Pay Scale Subject to redistribution if less than 10 enter into the finals 7) All owners & Trainers must be properly licensed by the Idaho Racing Commission. 8) In the Event of the late payment at time of entry the funds MUST be in the owner account prior to entry. 9) The undersigned will hold Pocatello Downs & Bannock County Event Center harmless against any cost, attorney

fees, loss or damage at any time. 10) Trials Purses shall be $1000. 11) Should the gates fail to open for a horse during the running of the trial or stakes, the horse shall be declared a non-

starter and no liability will be incurred beyond the return of all payments that have been paid on that horse. 12) Pocatello Downs reserves the right to deny entries to any entity for a lawful reason by order of the Board of

Directors without any liability.
