MINISTRY EXPERIENCE STUDENT MINISTRIES DIRECTOR WHEATON, IL 2013-PRESENT Blanchard Alliance Church blanchardalliance.org • Shepherd separate 7th & 8th grade, high school, and college ministries with the support of an intern, staff assistant, and

volunteer team of around 35. Regularly recruit and train adult volunteers towards mentoring relationships with students. • Plan and execute programming that advances the student ministry’s core values of community, redemption, growth,

service, and legacy. This includes Sunday class, mid-week gatherings, small groups, retreats, and special events. • Annual mission trips (both domestic and international) seek to emphasize God's redemptive work near and far, and

equip students for lifelong ministry with others. • Oversee 5 small groups of college students aimed at encouraging participants toward Christ-centered relationships

with each other and their mentoring adult leaders. • Participate monthly in family ministry team meetings with the early childhood and children’s ministry directors to

coordinate a birth through high school strategic ministry approach. • Initiated a network of 7+ area youth pastors who meet monthly and gather our students regularly to encourage

missional conversations among students attending the same schools and activities. with students on their terms at the school, coffee shops, etc. with mentoring relationships. Oversaw two internships. • Created and selected a steering committee for oversight and vision-level decisions. Together we planned and executed

several fundraisers and projects aimed to impact the surrounding community with the gospel.
