VITOL : Mr. Koenig is on the team that is responsible for engineering and design of a new 8 Bay truck unloading facility in Midland Tx and for the corresponding 25 mile 12in pipeline to the Midland Terminal.

Coastal Caverns Inc. pipeline project. Mr. Koenig is on the team that is responsible for engineering and design of a new 16 inch bi-directional pipeline system to transport natural gas liquids (NGL) between the ONEOK Mont Belvieu plant and CCI’s storage facility in Beaumont. This includes the detailed engineering design, material and equipment procurement, acquiring right-of-ways and permits, and system construction.

Audubon Engineering - (Project Manager/ Pipeline Engineer) 11/2011 -07/2012

Onsite in Mont Belvieu, Tx at Chevron Pipeline’s field office. Mr. Koenig was responsible for engineering and design of Chevrons multi-million dollar expansion projects in and around the Cedar Bayou chemical plant. Mr. Koenig worked with designers to prepare pipeline alignment sheets, traffic control plans and the design of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) bores. Proficient in Microsoft Project 2010 for scheduling and the Microsoft Office 2007 suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for office work. Mr. Koenig uses Technical Toolboxes’ software, Pipeline Toolbox 2010, for HDD Pull Forces, Installation and Operational Stress analysis, wall thickness calculations, highway and railroad crossings.

PPI Engineering & Construction Services - (Project Manager/ Senior Pipeline Engineer) 05/2011 – 11/2011

Yellow Fin Pipeline Project, Marlin Midstream: Responsible for engineering and design of the new 26-mile, 16-Natural Gas pipeline in Panola and Rusk Counties, TX. Travel to the ROW to coordinate pipeline routes with the customer, ROW agents and surveyors. Work with designers to prepare pipeline alignment sheets and pipeline station locations and the design of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) bores. Responsible for the design of the pipeline’s wall thickness for line pipe, conventional bores and HDDs. Design the permit drawings for TX DOT and RR crossings. All design and pipe sizing are per ASME B31.8 and Part 192 of the Railroad Commission of Texas Pipeline Safety rules.

CenterPoint Energy - Various pipeline replacement projects (Project Manager)-Responsible for engineering and design of various pipeline replacement projects.

Gulf Interstates Engineering Company - (Senior Pipeline Engineer) 11/2010– 05/2011

Westlake Brine Pipeline Project, PetroLogistics:

Responsible for engineering and design of the new 25-mile, 12-inch brine water pipeline from PLMS's Choctaw Storage terminal (Salt Domes) in Plaquemine, LA, to the West Lake Chemical facility in Geismar, LA. Mr. Koenig worked with the surveyors to determine the best pipeline route and Right of Way (ROW). Design railroad, highway and river crossings. Responsibilities include preparing pipeline alignment sheets, design of Horizontal Directional Drills (HDD) and conventional bores. A HDPE liner will be installed inside of the steel pipeline for added corrosion protection. Mr. Koenig was responsible for the design of the locations of the couplings at approximately every 3000 ft for the HDPE liner connections in the steel pipe. Mr. Koenig participated in a contractor job show, where he showed the potential contractors the pipeline route in order to calculate an estimate for the construction of the pipeline.

Once the estimates were received, Mr. Koenig participated in a cost risk analysis performed by a third party, Analytical Management Solutions from Los Angeles, Ca. to confirm the cost estimate.

Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan, Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E)

Responsible for engineering and design for PG&E's Implementation Plan of the Pipeline Replacement and ILI-Retrofit Program (In Line inspection). Mr. Koenig coordinated PFLs (Pipeline Feature Lists) with the customer (PG&E) to determine which parts of the pipe line will have to be re-worked for the ILI tool. Mr. Koenig performed stress analysis for the Horizontal Directional Drills (HDD) bores and road crossings and used Technical Toolboxes’ software, Pipeline Toolbox 2010, for HDD Pull Forces, Installation and Operational Stress analysis, highway crossings and railroad crossings and TRIFEX Windowsv3.3.2 for static stress analysis of the above ground valves.

BIS TEPSCO Engineering & Consulting Solutions - (Senior Engineer) 07/05 – 11/2010

Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for Natural Gas pipeline installation in the Barnett Shale region. Mr. Koenig coordinated pipeline routes with our customers and surveyors and prepared pipeline alignment sheets and pipeline station locations, design Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) bores, metering skids, well connects, valve yards and pig traps (launchers/receivers). Mr. Koenig analyzed Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) bores for allowable longitudinal stresses per ASME B31.8. All design and pipe sizing is per ASME B31.8 and Part 192 of the Railroad Commission of Texas Pipeline Safety rules. Mr. Koenig is proficient in Technical Toolboxes’ software, Pipeline Toolbox 2010, for HDD Pull Forces, Installation and Operational Stress analysis. Other design experience includes pipe supports, pipe racks, steel structure for skids & other steel supports. Interpret technical drawings and

use AUTOCAD LT 2010 to design and review the technical drawings. Mr. Koenig used MathCAD V14 for HDD allowable pipe bending stress analysis and Bentley’s STAAD Pro for Structural stress analysis. Other duties have included estimating and proposal creation for potential new projects using Microsoft Project 2010 and the Microsoft Office 2007 suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Recent proposals included with Shell Oil’s Houston Lube Plant (HLP), Enterprise Pipeline Fire Water Systems, and Turbine Air Systems (TAS).

Jacobs Engineering, Onsite JSC Houston, TX - 01/03 to 07/05 (Project Manager)

Project Manager for the completion of the International Space Station (ISS) projects ARED, HRM2, and TVIS. Completion of CDR and SAR. Duties included budget management, schedule reporting and hardware design. Duties included the development of project proposals in response to NASA RFPs and the coordination of technical, schedule and cost data included in Jacobs proposal response. Project planning based on classical systems engineering principles and project management principles, well versed in project life cycle events (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc). Created Microsoft PROJECT schedules and plan costs to execute project based on that schedule. Earned Value Management used as applied for Schedule and Cost Control. Monitor the project status for technical, schedule and cost. Mr. Koenig provided corrective action plans as appropriate and developed Risks and the mitigation plans for those risks.
