• 4+ years developing digital strategies for recognizable brands in both B2B and B2C
sectors (e.g. Shred-it, Dyson & Allergan). This involved strategic planning (SOSTAC®
strategy process model), KPI definition, search (paid & organic), social media and email
marketing (incl. marketing automation) strategies.
• 3+ years performing multi-channel measurement and analytics to optimize online
programs. Working in both e-commerce and non-transactional environments I’ve
developed acquisition & conversion strategies for companies with annual online
revenues of $30 million+.
• 3+ years developing measurement programs & revenue attribution modeling. Experience
using and implementing Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), display/banner
campaign tracking (e.g. eyeReturn, Doubleclick), A/B & multivariate testing tools (e.g.
Google Website Optimizer) and customer insight tools (e.g. iPerceptions).
• 5+ years managing the development of websites for all sizes of business including multi-
national corporations. I have project managed the development of these tools from
planning through to execution. Planning experience includes: information architecture
documentation, personas, content plans, business requirement and functional

• A key player in the development of the online/digital department of a Toronto based
advertising agency. During this process I oversaw the selection and relationship
management of preferred vendors for search (paid & organic), content management
systems, email service providers, advertising networks, affiliate networks, ad serving
companies, e-commerce frameworks and usability firms.
