Main achievements at SSI UK:The vast list of process changes, cost saving achievements at SSI UK would be far too much for a CV. Below is a list of just a small sample of the major transformations made by me:

1. I personally created a multi-level Process Operator training program in accordance with a HSE request. 2. I personally implemented an Operator Training Program to all Process Operators to create a better understanding

of processes, more efficient operations, a safer environment a reduction in operating costs.3. I personally compiled plant and process P & ID & also PFD drawings.4. My suggestion to change the Anti-Foam being used for an alternative Ferrameen product in a Projects Team

meeting. This slashed costs by 60% and saved approximately £12000 per year.5. The changes I personally implemented included a Ferrameen additive to gas lines to limit shutdown times,

changes to products being used to not only saved cost but also ensured a far more efficient and environmentally friendly process.

6. The adoption of a Ferrameen product researched and suggested by myself was used to limit Ammonia stress corrosion cracking in The Coke Oven Gas System.

7. I also suggested closer monitoring of our processes using SPC charts. 8. I altered Laboratory Test schedules to pre-empt any arising issues to enable process changes to be made more
