▪ Stephen is GM Health and has over 28 years’ experience in the Health Industry in Australia and
internationally as a manager, sales executive and health strategist.
▪ Previous roles include COO of Global Health where he was active in the e-Health reforms and involved in
projects for secure message delivery to GP’s and other primary care providers. Stephen also worked at
Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) as the Business Development Manager for the Health industry and
remained in that role through their merger with Compaq Computer Corporation (now Hewlett Packard).

▪ Mike is GM Technology & Integration. He is also responsible for the creation and management of the
company footprint in Melbourne and the expansion of operations in South Australia.
▪ He has extensive management experience working with medium and large businesses across a range of
industries with a particular emphasis on sales, operational leadership and change management. His most
recent experience in the technology space has seen him lead large scale, complex deployments into the

current role Robert’s primary focus is working hand-in-hand with our clients to leverage the suite of Citadel
enterprise services and solutions to add value to their businesses. Most recently Robert has been working
with our clients across the secure portfolio to solve problems arising from the rapid proliferation of sensitive
information and the pressing operational need to share and transmit this information securely.
Ms Jennifer Miller
Head of Product
▪ Jen is the Head of Product, with over 15 years’ experience in product, project and operational delivery. She
is responsible for developing and delivering Citadel’s product vision, strategy and roadmap.
▪ Jen has extensive experience across industries and roles, including all levels of government, financial
services, aviation, mining and resources, and Health. She is passionate about working with organisations to
deliver business value and operational efficiencies.
▪ Prior to joining Citadel Group, she was the National Agile Principle for SMS Management and Technology,
where she worked with clients on Agile transformation programs, go-to-market strategies, and building agile
capability with consultants and clients.
