HISTORY From a factory with partitioned rooms laid on an area as wide as 3706,5 acres (1,5 hectares), PT. RUSLI VINILON SAKTI was established on August 1 st , 1979. With ample effort and prayers, in 1999, VINILON had been able to increase its production capacity to 9,000 tons per year and successfully produced PE pipes with a capacity of 2,000 tons per year. In 1993, VINILON made some modernization and moved the factory to a 33,111.4 acre land (13,4 Ha) in Jalan Narogong, Cileungsi, Bogor with an increase of its production capacity of u-PVC Vinilon up to 18 thousand ton per year. In 2017, with an expansion of the factory area reaching as wide as 55,597.5 acre (22,5 Ha) in Cileungsi, Bogor, the production capacity of u-PVC has reached 60,000 tons per year, and for PE 30,000 tons per year. All the while, to serve the needs in the northern regions of Indonesia, Vinilon has built new Factory Facilities in East Java on a land as wide as 42,007 acre (17 Ha) to continuously contributes to the development of Indonesia in the manufacture of uPVC, PE and fitting pipes. PRODUCTS Vinilon production pipe is characterized by not only high flexibility (tensile force of > 22mPa and elasticity of > 700%) but also impact strength and low-temperature durability (it can withstand frozen water temperature).
