Product CT provides fixed-network/broadband, mobile communications, Internet, and IPTV products and services for both business and residential consumers, and information and communication technology (ICT) solutions for business and corporate customers. CT’s product strategy is to provide solutions to the needs of both existing and new customers by providing new choices that address various target groups. In mobile segment CT offers wide portfolio of prepaid and postpaid tariffs, and in fixed CT provides BB connections over FTTH, hybrid access and ADSL, while the whole fixed network infrastructure is switched to all–IP technology which enables CT to offer prepaid Fixed BB, so called Internet on click option. CT is also providing Pay TV services through the most innovative and modern TV platform, IPTV and for the whole country though DVBT2. Recent Developments

CT’s strategy is to create the best customer experience driven by its undisputable technological leadership. Magenta ONE concept introduced both for residential and business customers is in line with that strategy. With the introduction of integrated portfolio CT responded early to the customer demand for obtaining all services from a one-stop shop, with the benefits this brings.

On top of that CT is working on digitization topic, for the customers’ service is to become simpler and faster. For example, popular Telekom ME mobile application allows customers to manage all their services on one place whenever and wherever they want.

Crnogorski Telekom is already a frontrunner in Montenegro related to the mobile data promotion and 4G coverage, however with the new spectrum holdings (CT won 2/3 of frequencies in 800 MHz band (20 MHz) that CT is going to be the only one in Montenegro providing 300Mbps speeds in urban area and also able to fully cover rural areas with speeds of 150Mbps.
