Market Visit ReportWe went to various retailers and one of the distributors (Himgiri) in East Delhi, below are the individual feedbacks which we received during this visit:R.S. Electricals He was not aware about NTL-Lemnis, about its origins history. According to him Delhi is Brand Based Market Customer inquires about brands but their purchase decision is based on price differentiation and replacement No awareness of Pharox as a Brand with price almost equal too major brands Retailer was complaining about Packaging errors As per his data Philip, Oreva and Syska are major selling brands at his counter
Sikri Electric He was not selling our brand and even not aware about the same At this counter Philips and Surya Led Bulb are the major selling brand whereas in down lighters Osram is leading in term of sales.Shanti Electricals He was also not aware about the brandSindhwani Electricals He was also not aware about the brand and Company According to him higher voltage led lights is what Customer asking for. Pharox needs advertisement to get hold of the market Standard size led down lighter which will be replace traditional down lighter, so customers didnt need to spend on installation of new LED downlighters.Only this factor will generates huge share in the market of Down lighter if taken care of by the company
Himgiri DistributorAs per him some of the Led products under Pharox are costlier than Philips which is hampering sales and also stock availability problems are prevalent which is forcing retailers to stop repeating their orders.
Apart from the above survey we also took photographs of other brands packaging, runners, bill board etc. to understand their Marcom Strategy.
