- Contribute to the development of the company sales and marketing administration activities.
- Prepare supporting materials as requested (planning, mail merge and individual letters, printing, checking, signing and packaging)
- Keep the marketing database up-to-date, importing new data, updating records and performing the necessary cross checks
- To perform and undertake all clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data maintenance and to support team members in any assigned task.
- Creating the Sample Stocks and POSM form for the Marketing team upon request.
- Preparing trade communication letters and emails for Principals.
- Managing and maintaining budgets, organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
-Defined as the ‘backbone’ of marketing by monitoring each processes carried out and to ensure it is operating within the given budget and timeline.
-Considered as a One Stop Centre for all marketing needs and queries.
-Build and maintain employee morale and to operate the unit within established guidelines and budgets.
-Performing the operations within approved standards by attending to all assigned duties and acting on matters as they arise.
-Achieve a well-organized, smooth running unit by making competent selections and decisions. Assist with the development of marketing processes over time
- To take ownership and be responsible towards each process and procedures set within the department.
- Comply with marketing standards and follow set processes for routine work
- Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement
