Reaching the level of 21% as Senior Network Manager of SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE, you get ONE Additional Partner Identification Number, which enables you to develop another Sales Structure and thus gain further profits.

You can register the awarded Additional Partner Identification Numberin any place of your Structure.Thanks to the Additional Partner Identification Number, you can build a completely new Arm by entering it directly under you in the first Line, or you can strengthen an existing Arm with it.

In both cases, the Additional Partner Identification Numberis an opportunity for additional income.

BONUS

If you reach the Effectiveness Level of 12%, 16% or 21% in MARKETING PLAN I and Area Network Director, Region Network Director, Country Network Director in MARKETING PLAN II, you will get a BONUS, of the 0.5% Global Points Turnover of SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE for each of the abovementioned Effectiveness Levels. To get the Bonus in Marketing Plan I, it is important that you meet the 60%:40% Balance Rule condition, which means that your one Arm cannot account for more than 60% of your Group’s total Points Turnover. GLOSSARY

POINTS the points awarded to a Partner for the purchase of SOUVRE Products in a given Settlement Month. The Points are reset after the end of each Settlement Month.

PERSONAL POINTS the Points awarded for own purchases.

POINTS TURNOVER the number of Points collected in a given settlement period.

GLOBAL POINTS TURNOVER the sum of all Points obtained by all Partners in the SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE Club, both SOUVRE UK Partners and Partners from all other SOUVRE Branches across the world.

EFFECTIVENESS LEVEL (LEVEL) Level in the Structure defining the effects of the Partner’s activity, defined on the basis of the monthly Points Turnover of the Partner’s Structure and the Points awarded for own purchases. The Effectiveness Level is determined in Marketing Plan I and in Marketing Plan II by means of percentage values and adopted level names.

DIRECTOR name of the Partner’s Effectiveness Level in Marketing Plan II, where the following Levels succeed: Area Network Director, Region Network Director, Country Network Director, General Network Director, International Network Director, Global Network Director.

LINE a measure defining the position of the Partner in the Structure in relation to their Promoter.

ARM a Group of Partners within the Partner Structure, assigned to the Partner in the first Line of the Structure (Promoter).

MLM (MULTI LEVEL MARKETING) marketing consisting in regular building of a network of links through consumer recommendations, for the purpose of Direct Sales of Products, giving the people involved in the network opportunity to draw benefits. A special feature of this system is building recommendation and sales structures.

DIRECT SALES offering goods and services directly to consumers, through personal contacts, usually at the customer’s home, workplace or during a specially organized meeting. It is a form of retail sales outside fixed, organized sales points (networks).

CATALOG PRICE the price placed in Product Catalog, documents or publications of SOUVRE UK, serving as suggested market price for Direct Sales of Products. Catalog Prices are suggested prices. SOUVRE UK does not dictate to Partners the prices at which they can offer Products for further sale.

PARTNER PRICE Catalog Price reduced by the agreed discounts for the Partners of SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE Club. The amount of the discount depends on the status of the Partner and is up to 30% for Partners with the status of a Referrer and Entrepreneur and up to 20% for Partners with the status of a Buyer.

PARTNER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER a unique number assigned to the Partner after registration in the SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE Club, intended to identify the Partner in order to award Points, Bonuses, Discounts and Commission to them.

ADDITIONAL PARTNER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER a unique additional number assigned to the Partner according to the rules described in the Marketing Plan, on which the Partner may build another Structure.

STRUCTURE (NETWORK, GROUP) a team of Partners created by recommendation, in a manner in which a Partner (Promoter) invites another Partner to register in the SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE Club, who invites subsequent Partners to register.

Other terms used in this Marketing Folder should be understood in accordance with the definition provided in the SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE Club Regulations, the Code of Ethics or any regulations and documents issued by SOUVRE UK and provided to the Partner.

REAL EFFECTIVENESS percentage value representing a share in the Global Points Turnover of SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE, determined for each Effectiveness Level in Marketing Plan II, which is used to calculate the EXTRA BONUS according to the formula specified herein.

BALANCE RULE a rule which stipulates that one Arm in the Partner’s Structure in which the highest number of Points was obtained in the Settlement Month cannot exceed 60% of the Points Turnover of the entire Structure of the Partner.

DIRECTOR POINTS Points awarded to the Partner in Marketing Plan II for having Partners at the Effectiveness Level of a Director in their Structure, the number of which is specified herein for each Director at a given Effectiveness Level. Director Points are awarded in a given Settlement Month and are used to calculate the percentage share of the Partner’s Structure in the Points Turnover of the Level to which the Partner receiving Director Points belongs.

PARTNER ACCOUNT (ACCOUNT, PARTNER ZONE) the account established on the website of SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE, to which the Partner can log on the website www.souvre.com, after entering their individual login and password.

MARKETING PLAN DISCOUNT a discount calculated for the Partner’s recommendation Structure, entitling to reduce the amount for Product purchases, exclusively for the Buyer and Referrer Partners, who have formed a Partnership Agreement with SOUVRE UK and have reached in a given Settlement Month one of the Effectiveness Levels, not lower than 1%, and obtained at least 200 Points for own purchases in a given Settlement Month. The Marketing Plan Discount is calculated in accordance with the principles set out in Marketing Plan I. The Marketing Plan Discount can be used only during the calendar year in which it was awarded. The exception is the Marketing Plan Discount for December shopping, which can be used until the end of the next calendar year. The obtained Marketing Plan Discount reduces the gross value of the order in which it will be used and in a single order it may not exceed 50% of its value.

COMMISSION the amount of money which only Partners cooperating with SOUVRE UK as Entrepreneurs who formed a Partnership Agreement with SOUVRE UK and an Agreement for Direct Sales and Advertising Services are entitled. The condition for obtaining the Commission entitlement by a Partner is to reach one of the Effectiveness Levels in a given Settlement Month, not lower than 1%, described in this Marketing Plan, and obtain at least 200 Points for own purchases. The Commission is calculated in accordance with the principles set out in this Marketing Folder. The Commission is paid within 14 days from the date of invoice delivery. The Commission of Partners who are VAT payers is increased by the tax on goods and services in accordance with applicable regulations. In the case of Partners who are not VAT payers, the calculated Commission is a gross value.

ACTIVITY The Partner retains their Active status provided that they make at least one own purchase of Products in the SOUVRE UK online store within one calendar year from registering at the SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE Club or from their last Activity.

SETTLEMENT MONTH generally a calendar month, with the proviso that if the end of the calendar month falls on public holidays or in other special circumstances, the Settlement Month may be different from the calendar month. SOUVRE UK provides the exact time of the end of the Settlement Month in the Partner Zone at least 5 days before the end of the month.
