Fat City Zoning No Longer Allows Bars, Liquor Stores or Convenience Stores
The purpose of the Fat City zoning districts is to promote a mixed‐use neighborhood with
residential uses and walkable amenities that attract adults and families. Fat City
includes three districts: FC‐1 Pedestrian‐Core; FC‐2 Residential Mixed Use; and, FC‐3
Commercial Mixed Use. Each of the three Fat City zoning districts is unique, but in
