landscaping, parking, signage, design standards, building height (minimum and maximum), use of the

ground floor, hours of operation, outdoor storage, fences, and mechanical equipment. The districts also

have provisions for reduced parking for mixed‐use buildings, shared parking, and parking mitigation.
