Engineer @ Work Level 1 – Technical or Management?
• Future Career Path - R&D or Senior Manager

• Plan career decisions to your long-term strategy,
not short-term “happenings”.
• Identify the trusted people, the gurus and
befriend some of them.
• Join industry associations – add to the one you
joined after leaving education.
• Stay technologically aware and savvy.
• What is the company strategy, its mission, its goals?

requires.
• Be ready to work abroad.
• Study project developments, inter-office and inter-country
communications. Identify cracks and issues early.
• Act correctly, make things happen – learn from mistakes.
