2. Drrftthe finger lever plunger pinout and remove the plunger and spring.

4. The ejector is lifted out of the receiver easily.Do not remove the spring unless for repairs.

L. Partially open the leverand take out the fineer leverscrew.

3. Remove the breech bolt from the rear. Depressthe hammer slightly to clear the breech bolt.

6. Drift out the middle pin torelease the front firing pin and

its flat spring.

8. Remove the tang screw. If the stock is tightbump it with the heel of your hand.

5. Drift out the roll pin in the rear of the bolt and removethe rear firing pin.

7. Driftthe extractor pin and remove the

extractor from the front of the bolt.

9. Depress the trigger safety blockand carefully lower the hammer to thefired position.

10. With pliers grip the hammer spring adjustingplate and tilt it forward and slide the lower edge outof the groove. Remove the plate and hammerspring out toward the rear.

L1. Remove the hammer screw.

L3. Use a small Alan wrench to take thehammer spur off.

12. Take the hammer out from the top of the receiver.Do not remove the pin in the hammer unless for repairs.

14. Take the trigger guard plate screwout.

1,5. Remove the trigger guard platesupport screw out.

L6. Move the trigger guardplate downward from the rear

first. Use a non-marringhammer lightly if it is a tight

fit.

Before disassembly note the relationship of parts.

17. Drrftthe out the triggerpin. Remove the trigger from the bottom of the plate. The sear can

be lifted off of the trigger.

L8. Drift the trigger safety block pin out and remove the springand safety block out of the plate.

L9. Pull the lockins bolt down out of the receiver.

20. Unscrew the carrier screw and remove thecarrier assembly out of the receiver. Further

disassembly of the carrier is not recoffrmended.

2l-. Unscrew the loading gate screw and remove

the loading gate from the receiver.

23. To remove the front sight; unscrew the two verticalscrews of the front sight. Some models need to drift the frontsight insert out first, and then remove the two screws.

24. tJnscrew the magazine fube plug screw. When the screw isremove hold on to the magazine tube plug and release it slowly.Remove the plug, spring and follower.

25. Remove the front andrear barrel band screws.

Slide the front and rear barrel band off toward the front.

NOT PICTURED: The forearm and magazine tube will slide off towards the front.

26. Unscrew the hex screw on the rear of thereceiver.

27. Remove the springand detent from the rear. Slide the safefy out toward the right.

During reassembly do not over tighten or the safety will not workproperly.

The only difference on theModel 95 is the way the forearmis held in place. Remove the twoopposing screws on the forearmtip then pull the tip off towards

the front. The forearm tip tenon can be drifted out of the barrel if needed to release theforearm. Be sure to mark left and right on it. Some Model 94's may have the same set upfor the forearm.

Reassembly Tips:Line up the notch on the magazine tube andbarrel before replacing the front barrel band

and screw.

Hold the trigger back when replacing thehammer and hemmer pivot screw.

Place the hammer spring plate on the groovefirst then using pliers bring it forward into

place.
