MTW.ORG Why should you go? Marseille is a cosmopolitan city of around 800,000 people. MTW has partnered with three small churches there who are trying to minister to their communities, but have been unable to make much progress in the neighborhoods they serve. During this trip, you’ll have the opportunity to pray over and through these neigh- borhoods, and to petition the Lord to break open this difficult and rocky soil. Prayer is what these churches need and prayer is exactly what you will be giving them, to the glory of God! Like Marseille, MTW’s ministry in Berlin, Germany also started out as being closed to the gospel, but it is now one of our largest and most vibrant ministries. MTW missionaries Ken and Tammie Matlack credit that change to years of fervent and directed prayer. Out of this decades-long focus of prayer, Ken and Tammie have developed a training curriculum that covers on several aspects and principles of prayer, in particular prayer walking. On this prayer journey, you will have an opportunity to go through this training and put it into immediate action on the streets of Marseille. General Requirements: This will be a difficult and physically challenging trip. Participants must have a certain level of maturity, must be able to walk up to 10 miles every day, and must be culturally sensitive. Why should you go?

Marseille is a cosmopolitan city of around 800,000 people. MTW has partnered with three small churches there who are trying to minister to their communities, but have been unable to make much progress in the neighborhoods they serve. During this trip, you’ll have the opportunity to pray over and through these neigh-borhoods, and to petition the Lord to break open this difficult and rocky soil.

General Requirements:

This will be a difficult and physically challenging trip. Participants must have a certain level of maturity, must be able to walk up to 10 miles every day, and must be culturally sensitive.

Housing:

Team members will stay in hotels and will share a double room. Team members can have their own room for an upcharge.

Dates: March 10–17, 2018
