Required Dress Codes and Policies

MARTIAL ARTS CLASS POLICIES

All students with long hair are expected to wear their hair pulled away from their face in a pony tail style.

Students should not wear necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings to classes.

Trim fingernails and toenails short.

All classes are taken barefooted, unless otherwise stated by instructor.

Students and Parents are asked to address their instructor with the appropriate program title: Fencing: Coach Tom, Karate: Sensei Tom, BattleMasters: Master Tom

Parents are welcome to quietly observe class or wait in our den/lobby areas.

Videotaping of lessons is not permitted without permission from the Sensei

DRESS CODES Fencing Program Basic athletic clothing: t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants, sport shoes Fencing equipment as appropriate Coach will help with the purchase of the fencing equipment as needed

Tiger Karate Program No Shoes White Gi with student’s rank belt Tigers Karate t-shirt may be worn under Gi jacket Sensei will help with the purchase of the Gi, t-shirt, etc

BATTLEMASTERS™ Hero Program Red/Black uniform with student’s rank sash Padded Weapons as earned by student rank BattleMasters™ t-shirt may be worn under top or instead of top with Master’s permission Master will instruct student in purchase of padded weapons as needed.
