Upon leaving London Underground I formed a Limited Company with a friend intending to pursue my aspiration of becoming a senior level manager. I used my experience and skills gained from an extensive career with London Underground to start, expand and maintain my own company carrying out the many duties that come with being a Director. In the past year I have undertaken almost every position you would find within a company, because being a small business with few employee it was essential to multitask across positions.

Duties: Determine, implement and monitor company strategies and policies. Monitor the progress towards achieving our objectives and policies using KPI’s Account for all business activities financially, environmentally and safely. Employ, train and motivate staff. Carry out disciplinaries where necessary. Conduct company accounting, liaising with accountants and HMRC. Create and Develop marketing strategies. Procure and maintain supplies, driving costs down. Handled all incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients / customers.
