Raw Materials

1) Tylose® H 4000 NG4, Shin Etsu

Processing

1.Dissolve ingredients of phase A in water. Begin

heating to 80°C.

2. In a separate vessel combine phase B

ingredients. Heat to 80°C. Mix until uniform.

4. When the phases are uniform, add phase B

slowly to phase A. The emulsion is

homogenized.

5. Add phase C.

6. While cooling add phase D.

7. Check pH. If necessary adjust pH to 6.5 – 7.0

• By increasing the concentration of Baycusan® C 1004, the water resistance increases.
