Fidelity to God’s two great commandments sets a good exam-ple for others to follow. The Old Testament lists more than 600 laws by which the Israelite people were to live. Jesus, in ful-filling the law, tells us that the whole law and the prophets de-pend on these two commandments: loving God, and loving our neighbor as ourselves. Living by God’s law is the best ad-vertisement in drawing others to want to know and follow Je-sus Christ. Our actions really do speak louder than our words.

The above financial figures are to show our fi-
nancial standing compared to this time last
year. The COVID-19 virus has affected so
many areas of our lives and St. Andrew Church
has been affected as well.
Attendance and offerings are down, however
we are extremely grateful for those who contin-
ue to give in support of St. Andrew Church.
Just like at home, our bills continue to come in
and repairs still have to be made. Our recent
repair was the purchase of a new hot water tank
of $515 for the rectory when the old one had
rusted out and flooded our chapel. This
amount does not include the new flooring re-
placement.
We thank you for your prayers of love and sup-
port as well as financial support. Let us remain
positive in prayer and thanksgiving as we travel
these uncertain times together as God’s faith-
ful.
Just in time for Thanksgiving meal preparations,
here is a list of items you will want to make sure you
have on hand and where you can get them all. To-
day’s bulletin insert was submitted by Mrs. Elise
Landry who sends everyone her love and prayers.
Thank you Miss Elise!
New serving schedules are being mailed this week. If
you do not receive yours by Nov. 3 (ELECTION DAY)
please contact the office.
