Place cursor in the square above the number 1 and to the left of the A and click once – document will be highlighted

Highlight the column you want sorted (ie Disease) and then click on the

Data then Sort is another way to sort

Highlight all rows you want to cut and paste from MAVEN report to an excel spreadsheet

Pasting the document from the web to excel

Ctrl-V pastes the document into the spreadsheet for you to view and print

Pasting into a document

Once highlighted then hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the X key (this cuts the doc)

Open Excel and place cursor in Column A (first cell)

Either Select Edit from the task menu or hit the Ctrl key while selecting V (this pastes)

Deleting columns you don’t need

Highlight the column you don’t need

Right click on the column and select delete

Column to the right will automatically move to the left
