Orthopedic and Tissue Testing for Massage Therapists is the first session offered as part of our continuing education spine series. Attendees will be exposed to many common orthopedic examinations of the spinal region/soft tissues, with the intention of understanding better the outcomes, signs, symptoms and documentations associated with such testing. This, in turn, will allow massage therapists to better communicate with medical professionals (DC, DO, PT, MD, etc.) when co-managing and/or working with referral clients.
One-hour lunch is on your own each day. Bring your own massage table (recommended but not required) and driver’s license (required at time of arrival for sign-in). This class is approved through the state of South Carolina to offer 12 hours of CEUs.
