PAYMENT TERMS 1. A non refundable booking deposit of S$5,000 is

payable upon reservation/completion of EOI form. This booking deposit will be refunded to the buyer only when the 10% deposit has been received in full by the vendor’s solicitors.

2. Full 10% deposit of purchase price is payable within 21 days from the exchange of contract.

3. The balance of 90% of the purchase price will be payable in 30 days or by negotiation from the date of the 10% deposit.
