We offer several options for a student to earn an MBA and we hope one of these will meet your needs: Residential MBA Program, Dual Degree Program, Online MBA and the Executive MBA Program. The MBA curriculums are offered in Knoxville and Harrogate. Our business program is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. LMU’s School of Business brings together very talented faculty and professionals with a unique blend of academic training and professional experience --- virtually all of our faculty possess a doctorate degree. The LMU Residential MBA Program is a 36 credit hour program, specifically designed for working adults. Classes are offered four evenings a week in Knoxville and Harrogate. Six areas of concentration are offered in Knoxville and Harrogate: Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, and International Business. This program is designed to be flexible, allowing you to balance an education with your personal and professional obligations. LMU’s Dual Degree MBA Program is a 36 credit hour program tailored for individuals who have earned or are currently working toward a non-business professional degree, for example a law degree or medical degree. This program is designed to complement your professional degree with a business education to help you make better, more informed business decisions. Both the MBA and professional degree are awarded at the same time. Our Online MBA Program is a 36 credit hour program which is offered fully online. This program is offered for those students who cannot make the commitment to a residential educational experience, and offers only a General Business concentration. The Executive Track MBA is for working professionals with three or more years of significant managerial or leadership experience. MBA PROGRAM ADMISSION AND REQUIREMENTS

Admission to the program is determined by an overall assessment of work experience, undergraduate and graduate coursework and GPA, completed Application, including writing ability and letters of recommendation. To be considered for initial admission, all of the following items must be submitted:

1. Completion of all application forms, current resume and $50 application fee. 2. Official transcripts for all attempted undergraduate and graduate course work. 3. Signature on this admission and program requirement form acknowledging all student responsibilities. 4. Three letters of recommendation.

Requirements for Admitted MBA Students and for Graduation **

1. Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and receive no more than two grades of C in MBA coursework. 2. Completion of all core courses and elective courses of your choice. 3. Completion of the LMU MBA 100 Pre-program exam$ during your first semester of enrollment. 4. Completion of the LMU MBA APA writing requirement$ (test or course) during your first semester.2 5. divided by 10, 9, 8). For the 10 month plan payments begin July 15, 9 month plan August 15, and 8 month plan September 15

Semester Plan (Fall or Spring) 2. 5, 4, or 3 consecutive payments (tuition rate x number of hours for one semester only

divided by 5, 4 or 3). For the 5 month plan payments begin July 15, 4 month plan August 15, and 3 month plan September 15

GRADUATE TUITION INFORMATION SHEET

1. When enrolling in the payment plan the enrollment fee (and any monthly payments already past due) is due at REGISTRATION, with the next payment due on the 15th of each month thereafter according to which plan is chosen.

2. The full graduate program amount is not charged immediately to your account. Tuition is charged to your account

ONLY as you register for classes for each semester. 3. The student must be CURRENT with payments and have a zero balance on your student account in order to

receive grades, transcripts to be eligible for registration for an upcoming semester, or be eligible to graduate. It is the student’s responsibility to check this balance frequently through Web Advisor.

4. Current credit/refund schedules apply to any student withdrawing from the University or ceasing to attend classes.

You may lose a portion or ALL of your tuition payment if dropping a class or withdrawing. You may also owe a balance to Lincoln Memorial University.

5. Students selecting a Stafford loan should contact the Financial Aid Office for further information at

finaid@lmunet.edu. Remember, your program MAY REQUIRE YOU TO APPLY SEPARATELY for the summer term if additional funds are needed and not already listed on the LMU award letter. Please be sure to complete all necessary steps for your Stafford loan – sign and return a copy of the award letter accepting your loan, choose a lender, complete entrance counseling, and sign a Master Promissory Note. Your loan funds will not come in until all these steps are completed.

6. A 1098-T tax form will be forwarded with tuition costs only indicated for the terms attended during the calendar

year based on the date the charge was incurred. This form does not report what you paid, but the costs you incurred. Contact your tax advisor regarding tax deductions.

7. If two consecutive payments are missed with Tuition Management Systems they will cancel your payment plan at

which time your account balance will come due in full or you may be withdrawn from your classes. 8. If a payment with Tuition Management Systems is late your account with them will be charged $40 per month for

each late payment. 9. Please be sure to check your LMU e-mail account frequently as this is our primary form of communication to

you regarding all student account information. Due to privacy laws we cannot send information to outside addresses (i.e. hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc.). If you have problems with your LMU e-mail account please contact the IS Help Desk at 423-869-7411.
