The Master Slide

•You can create your own layout and design, and other features such as a footer that includes:

– the date, footer text and automatic page numbering.

•Whatever is shown on the master slide is visible on every slide in the presentation and cannot be changed when editing individual slides – you have to go back into the master slide view to edit it.

• The key benefit to using slide masters is that you can make universal style changes to every slide in your presentation in one go.

• You save time because you don't have to type the same information out on every slide.

• Images are saved once on the Master slide resulting in a smaller file size.

• Demo how Master Slides and Slide Master Layouts are used.

Task 1 – Master SlideUsing the Fair Ride Instructions worksheetproduce a design for a Master Slide.
