MASTER IN INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME:

The curriculum includes three interrelated topics:

1. global strategies and operations;

2. digital transformation and new business models;

3. corporate social responsibility and sustainable

development.

Conceptual outline – four competence-based

subject areas:1. international business strategies and regional markets;

2. organizational development and talent management in

a digital world;

3. business analytics and financial management;

4. marketing and operations in modern multinational

companies.

HSE Business and Management Faculty are known for their academic excellence, for maintaining
