Discount Pre-paid Parking. Save close to $10 per concert! For just $20 subscribers enjoy pre-paid parking (package of 10 passes) for the entire season in the garage adjacent to the Omni Hotel.

Free Ticket Exchange. Exchange your tickets for any regular series concert free of charge.Does not include Special Concerts. Charges may result from exchanging to a higher price ticket. Seat locations are offered based on availability.

Discounts on Single Tickets. Subscribers save up to $5 per ticket on additional single-concert ticket purchases.

Ticket Reprint Service. Call Patron Services or come to the “Will-Call” window the day of the performance. We will replace your lost tickets free.

Tax Credit. If your ticket will go unused, return it to our box office 48 hours before the event (or fax a copy of the torn ticket) and receive a tax credit for the amount of the ticket.
