journey of an accomplished master
• Commit to visiting my Mastery Journey blog daily to document
inspiration and encouragement toward reaching my Life’s Task
• Complete a research paper on My Mastery Hero, Berry Gordy, who
created the “motown sound”
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Goal: To enhance my leadership qualities and to understand how to make
decisions that are best for business and the supervised group
• Take personal leadership assessments to determine what
leadership qualities I posses and what qualities I can gain
• Utilize executive leadership case studies to learn from the
leadership styles of others
• Join Full Sail University’s Black Student Union, a club that is
focused on social awareness and promoting leadership and diversity

He or she must be able to listen when I have questions.
He or she must be able to give me an active role to grow from.
He or she must above all believe in themselves, their vision,
and the audiences who they serve.
MASTERY JOURNEY SUMMARY
My Mastery Journey is a process of pruning and
planting into my career. Full Sail is giving me so
many opportunities to challenge myself and to
access the resources that will expand my mind. I
have learned so much in such a short time and I
believe that the best is yet to come. On this journey,
opportunities will come and some may go but I am
destined to succeed no matter what!!!!!
