4) Due to severe deficit of CBM, MFCL had forced to stop the operation last year shortly after commissioning of the plant and approached GAIL for supply of NG/RLNG under Pradhan Mantri's Urja Ganga Project. The same has been intimated to MoEF&CC and State Pollution control Board as per the MoEF&CC's notification dated 23'' Nov 2017 as CBM & NG/RLNG are virtually same and not adding any second pollution load to the project.
