At no time, the emissions shall exceed the prescribed limits. In the event of failure of any pollution control system adopted by the unit, the unit shall be immediately put out of operation and shall not be restarted until the desired efficiency has been achieved.

4) Due to severe deficit of CBM, MFCL had forced to stop the operation last year shortly after commissioning of the plant and approached GAIL for supply of NG/RLNG under Pradhan Mantri's Urja Ganga Project. The same has been intimated to MoEF&CC and State Pollution control Board as per the MoEF&CC's notification dated 23'' Nov 2017 as CBM & NG/RLNG are virtually same and not adding any second pollution load to the project. West Bengal Pollution Control Board has accepted the proposal. Copy of the both letter is enclosed with this report as Annexure-Vll & Annexure-Vlll
