Accountant

•If you want to become an accountant, you will need to be great at working with numbers, reconciling conflicting reports, and paying close attention to detail. The ability to multitask can also be busy. Most accountants work as a team with other members of the accounting team and with members of other departments too, so it’s another plus if you are good at working with people

Good communications skills. Although accountancy is mostly a numbers job, there will usually come a time when you have to explain those numbers to clients or employers. It helps if you can write and speak clearly, and have an outwardly friendly nature.

Computer skills. Today, virtually all accountancy work involves working with a number of general and specialized computer programs. If you’re good with computers (starting with a calculator), and can quickly learn new programs, you should be able to handle this job nicely

Laws, rules and regulations. Much of business and tax accounting involves working with various rules imposed by the city .state or federal government. It’s crucial to not only know these regulations, but to stay current on any changes

Tasks and responsibilities When you make a career out of accounting you do peoples taxes for them and you have responsibilities because if you mess up you could get fired or your clients will stop coming to you which puts you out of business.

Values- I like to work with kids so it would be a good fit. For tasks and responsibilities I would have to make sure the school doesn’t get out of control.

In case of any paper work or anything I would also stay a little after the time of when school gets let out. • In order to become a principal I would need Most schools require elementary, middle, and high school principals

to have a master's degree in education administration or leadership for my education.• The salary for a principal varies because other school districts pay a different amount. As a principal you get benefits such as Medical, dental and vision coverage, Retirement plans, including a

401(k) with company match, On-site child development center at corporate headquarters, Employee stock purchase plan, Free access to on-site financial services professionals, Flexible work arrangements, Personal leave, Parental leave, Volunteer time off, Employee Resource Groups, Health and wellness programs, including on-site fitness facilities where available, No meeting Fridays, Domestic partner benefits

The career outlook of a principal is The overall job outlook for school principals is similar to that of teachers. By 2022, the job growth rate for principals is projected to increase by around 6%. Since school enrollment numbers are expected to increase, the need for school principals should remain strong, as long as state and local budgets don’t prohibit more schools from opening. Given schools are located everywhere, there are no particular hotspots where principal openings are more common. However, school enrollment numbers are projected to grow the fastest in the South and West, meaning more job opportunities could be available in those areas of the US.

There are many principal job opportunities in Michigan let alone the U.S.A so I would not have to leave the country nor the state (international outlook)
