We are a Dutch manufacturer and supplier of valves for industrial applications in the Valve industry, worldwide.

Maverick Valves BV is a young and dynamic organisation, established in 2000, based in the Netherlands. We are a global manufacturer

and supplier in the Valve industry specialized in standard & customized valves. Our clients and end-users are particularly operating in

the market segments oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical, both on-shore and off-shore.

In 2013 we opened a brand new “state of the art” production facility in Schiedam, The Netherlands. The company is run by a dedicated

team with decades of cumulative experience and skilled personnel working in our production facility and in the head office.

Products of Maverick Valves are exported to countries all over the world.

Due to the stringent quality control, excellent service and a wide range of services Maverick Valves has steadily and gradually built up

a remarkable reputation since its establishment. Maverick Valves BV meets and exceeds client expectations and provides total care

solutions for our valuable clients. We work with dedication to meet the demands in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical, both

on-shore and off-shore industries.

MANUFACTURINGMaverick Valves is a fast track Valve producer , our head office

is based in Schiedam the Netherlands were we have a State of

the Art production facility. Here we manufacture hard to obtain

Valves in a wide range of standard and exotic materials.

Everything is done in-house. We are using the latest techniques,

advanced technology and specialized equipment.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERINGMost of our valves are made to order and tight specifications,

we are specialized in custom-made designs , producing high

quality valves, quickly and efficiently.

Our dedicated and experienced teams are working in close

cooperation with our clients to design, manufacture and deliver

valves suitable for even the most extreme conditions.

All technical staff and engineers are highly qualified and fully up

to date on the latest design and production technologies, with the

best equipment at their fingertips, we are able to handle even the

toughest specifications and challenges.

Research and Development is an important part of our strategy,

we at Maverick pride ourselves in the ability to provide you with

modern and effective design solutions.

STOCKWe have excellent possibilities to directly supply valves from our

vast valve stock, which provide our customers with short and

fast delivery times. Possible to deliver within 24 hours!

We produce special valves in various materials, such as high alloy steels and titanium which are designed and edited by our team of specialists. All

material combinations can easily be adapted. Our valves are made on demand according to client’s specifications.

To remain an innovative production facility, we ensure that we are using the latest techniques, advanced technology. With our knowledge of design,

engineering and manufacturing we strive to exceed client’s requirements.

In House Testing and Painting

The assembly department uses an installation manual for valve

assembly. After assembly the valve will be tested with use

of our test benches. Extra testing can be done in-house. The

results of the tests can be found in a valve test report. After

testing, the valve can be painted in a specific color in our own

Blasting and paint plant. This process is designed to the highest

requirements of valves, for example on offshore installations

or in sub-sea applications. In the final step the valve will be

packaged in any customer specified packaging.

At Maverick Valves we consider Health, Safety, Environment and

any project. Our integrated HSEQ management system focuses

on continuous improvement. We aim to surpass the customers

Maverick Valves quality system is in full compliance with ISO

9001/TS 29001 and the API Q1 spec and has been quickly audited

and approved. Several type of approvals are granted by all

major oil and gas companies, engineering contractors and local

inspection authorities. Therefore the CE and API-6d monogram

has been added to our valves.

For the purpose of customer’s confidence and satisfaction,

a Maverick Valves quality manual has been developed. This

manual outlines all relevant procedures to ensure our promised

high quality level of valves. These procedures includes all stages

of sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.

Access to our quality manual is available upon request.

Maverick Valves HSEQ department takes full responsibility

to ensure that all contractual requirements of our customers

are fulfilled. Additional testing and certification can be done on

customers requirements.

Engineering and manufacturing of valves is our core business. But how do we get these valves in time at our customers bases all over

the world? After Sales will do and arrange it.

From purchase order to final delivery, they track and trace the whole process and arrange transport and documentation, according to

international law and rules and with all customer requirements.

After Sales controls the whole supply chain and the highly skilled team is supported by an efficient and fully equipped Enterprise Resource

Planning (ERP) system.

With use of this system the material requirements and the resource planning can be performed. The ERP system automatically generates

material needs for the purchasing department, after which the entire purchasing process can start. Arrived materials are compared

with purchasing specifications and will be taken in charge number in stock. This is to ensure tracebility of the material. Our after sales

department is in the driver seat at any time of the whole process.
